Seriously

I don’t care what line of bullshit is being fed to us, THIS tells me something.

When the only ones making money around here are the gas companies, I can’t help getting madder and madder at the gas pump.

This is a “pay no attention to the man behind the curtain” moment.

I was pretty mad when gas went up to 3.89…harder and harder to ignore it and remind myself its a necessaity.

Claire McCasgill said on the news that Exxon made $89,000.00 profit a minute last year. I mean how god damn much money do these people need. I have always looked forward to my Architectual Digest and today as I looked at the newly refurbished yacht and Lance Armstrongs house…one of five…I had a sort of gag reflex. I have never envied those who are fortunate and have been happy to just look…but today I got mad.

You should go over to Angry Bear (it’s an economist’s blog) and read the comments by the right-wingers defending the oil companies’ RIGHT to make obscene profits. They have a RIGHT to rape the country, see, because it’s a free market, and…

Makes me want to start a revolution right this minute. You get the pitchforks. I’ll get the torches.

We ARE the revolution, people. We just need to keep writing about these things until enough people pay attention.

There are more gasoline buyers than there are oil producers . . .

there are no words to convey just how frustrating is all is and there seems to be no relief in sight. I am SO ready for the revolution, when and where people when and where!
