I interrupt this bloggy silence
My children have the neighbor kids over right now. Six tween boys running around here. They are playing some sort of game involving sticks…so it’s probably Zombies vs. Humans, Aliens vs. Predators, Zombies vs. Aliens, you get the idea.
Kids, sticks, and apparently, snacks are in order. My children are right now saying to the horde:
NO, you stay outside. I will bring you the chocolate cake. I will bring you milk. But I want you to stay outside!
I do not know why they aren’t allowed to have their friends indoors today.

They made a smart move. You shouldn’t bring zombies inside. First it’s chocolate cake, then it’s brains.
