No, minute rice…for some reason. We just never buy it. We always buy a bulk bag of rice that takes about 10-15 minutes.
My kids want mac n cheese. Only the chemically loaded day glow orange kind from Kraft. They scoff at my breadcrumb fringed, five-cheese pumped homemade mac n cheese. I say, the less effort you put into it, the higher the likelihood they will actually munch on it. It’s the reverse of trying to hard. Glad to have found your blog today.
You know my mom said I was a rice freak when I was little and I still like to have a big bowl of white rice when I need comfort food. Daniel is not alone!
