I think it’s mostly that I like tickers. A lot, apparently. However, mayhap it’s a kick in the large pants? Nah…I’m munching on those rice krispy treats right now. Note that it’s in a post and not on the site. Now THAT would be tortuous.
Hey! I just started getting moving to lose 36.6 pounds… Good Luck. Apparently I motivated a friend by telling her she didn’t have to have willpower forever, she just had to have willpower right now. That glib statement has done nothing for me, though.

Ah, willpower, she is the devil. I have none of that. I do, however, have vegetarian spicy black bean burgers that help the weight loss thing so much nicer.
